1:1 Tutoring — Tailored To Your Learner
Our core offering is personalised one-on-one tutoring that helps students catch up, keep up, or get ahead. Whether your child is struggling with a topic or aiming for higher achievement, we design lessons around their unique needs.
We tailor lessons to your goals — whether that’s understanding a tricky concept, improving test results, or building lasting learning confidence.
Tutoring
We provide after-school tutoring to support what students are learning at school. Our tutors help fill learning gaps and build skills at the right level for each child.
We also offer daytime tutoring for home-schooled and Distance Education students. Tutoring can be weekly or arranged when extra help is needed, such as during assessments or challenging times.
Learning Resources
We provide unit plans, learning resources, and educational activities to support homework and assessment tasks. These resources are designed to make learning clearer and more manageable for students.
Our unit plans are created in-house and can be adapted to suit each child. We take into account their interests, strengths, and preferred way of learning to support meaningful progress.
Literacy
Screening Assessments
We offer literacy screening assessments - Check How I Process Screener (CHIPS) - to help identify how your child processes information related to early reading skills. This informal screening can support early identification of literacy challenges and guide targeted tutoring support.
Supported Learning (NDIS Available)
We are passionate about assisting children who have learning needs, disabilities or learning difficulties and strongly believe in doing all we can to allow them access to learning that is at a comfortable level. At Life-bearing Education we have experience working with children with a range of learning needs and challenges.
